Life
Creating spaces that restore, protect, and support where families can thrive for generations.
Materials matter.
Process matters even more.
TN Healthy Home Builders was
born from a simple realization:
too many homes are built with
shortcuts that families never see,
but often live with for years.
We believe your family's health
deserves better.

TN Healthy Home Builders started out of necessity.
After years of seeing shortcuts in construction and hearing stories from families dealing with mold, moisture issues, and indoor air quality concerns, we realized something needed to change.
Many builders focus on what homeowners can see. We focus on what they can't.
From moisture management and building assemblies to ventilation and material selection, every decision impacts the long-term performance of a home.
Your family's health is why we are committed to doing the job right.
Creating spaces that restore, protect, and support where families can thrive for generations.
We believe the best homes are built through collaboration, wisdom, and a continual pursuit of better.
Every decision, detail, and structure is rooted in integrity, stewardship, and faith.
Our logo was intentionally designed to reflect the values that guide every project we undertake.

The Complete Emblem
Represents strength, stability, and integrity.
Represents life, humility, faith, and the foundation of our work.
Healthy homes designed to protect, restore, and support life.
We collaborate with humility, always pursuing what is best for the families we serve.
Every home is built with integrity, stewardship, and faith at the foundation.
The negative space beneath the logo mark reveals what the letters and Hebrew Nun is built on, a strong foundation that represents the values that support every healthy home we build.
When the entire mark is viewed together, a fourth C is revealed — representing legacy, continuity, and the Madison family values woven into every project.

The Complete Emblem
There is the traditional way homes have been built for generations, and then there is a healthier way forward.
Building Biology is often overlooked during the construction process despite its impact on how a home performs and how families experience life inside it.
After hearing countless stories of new homes struggling with moisture issues, mold growth, and poor indoor air quality, we chose to raise the standard.
A healthier home starts long before the finishes are installed.
It begins with intentional planning, informed decisions, and a commitment to doing things differently.
A healthy home should be able to breathe.
From the air you breathe and the water you drink, to the way your attic, crawl space, HVAC system, and dehumidification strategy work together — every detail matters.
Healthy living begins with intentional decisions.
It requires education, planning, and understanding that every family has unique needs.
Our role is to help families make informed choices and build environments that support the life happening inside them.
